FITNESS PARADISE offers guarantees on all its products..
Depending on the brand or product, this guarantee lasts between 1 and 5 years (subject to the operating instructions appearing in our documentation being followed and no modification being made to our products).
For the duration of the guarantee, the cost of transporting the parts or defective machines to our after-sales services will be the responsibility
of FITNESS PARADISE.
After this period, the parts, possible repair as well as transport charges will be invoiced to the customer after an estimate has been given.
No returned goods will be accepted without our prior written agreement.
To request authorization to return goods, please contact our after-sales services at the following address: sav@fitness-paradise.com specifying the product reference and the problem.
