FOREWORD

The contents of the site are the sole property of FITNESS PARADISE. No reproduction thereof is authorised in any form, except with the prior agreement of the management of FITNESS PARADISE.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

These general conditions describe the obligations to be met by the two parties: clients and FITNESS PARADISE. The client undertakes to comply with them without reserve when placing his/her order(s), and FITNESS PARADISE undertakes to honour it/them as a specialist retailer of fitness products. They may be corrected at any time to facilitate sales operations.

PRICES/PHOTOS

Prices are in Euros and include Value Added Tax. FITNESS PARADISE reserves the right to revise them at any time during the year, or to change the articles in the catalogue. Products are always available. If this is not the case, FITNESS PARADISE will offer a similar article. The photos illustrating the products are not always contractual and FITNESS PARADISE cannot be held responsible for them. FITNESS PARADISE undertakes to reimburse the difference in price if you find the same article at a lower price elsewhere, excluding promotions, and within two weeks of the date of purchase.

ORDER

Orders are taken automatically after you enter and pay for articles on the site. Payments are checked then accepted by our payment terminal PAYPAL. The order will only be valid once payment has been accepted.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time from a client with whom it is in litigation or has an unpaid invoice.
The client is solely responsible in the case of bad data entry of address or personal information likely to lead to the non-delivery of goods. This will in turn lead to him/her being unable to receive the order.  
FITNESS PARADISE cannot be held responsible in this case.


GUARANTEE

All muscle building and cardio exercise equipment includes a guarantee of one to five years against faulty manufacture (on condition that the instructions included with the products have been adhered to and that no modification has been made to our products.) No return of goods will be accepted without our prior written approval.

MACHINE ASSEMBLY

Some equipment is delivered pre-assembled and the remaining items require assembly. Pay close attention to the step by step instructions in the assembly manual provided with the equipment to avoid any error in assembly. Assemby of the equipment does not require any qualification and is easy for anybody to complete.
Some manufacturers do not supply the necessary tools for assembly. As a precaution, make sure that you have a flat head screwdriver, a phillips screwdriver and an adjustable spanner/wrench.

COMMITMENT TO CHARITY 

The FITNESS PARADISE Company reserves the right to choose the amounts given to charity and the choice of the charities and may reserve the right to change its commitment at any time.

It undertakes to give 2$ of its turnover to the HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL Association. $2 will be donated to Handicap International, for each order (of more than $100) made on the site.

DELIVERY

We will do our utmost to deliver your order with the within the timeframe indicated at the time your order is processed.
This timeframe can vary if the article is out of stock (you will of course be advised by e-mail or by telephone). The timeframe indicated takes effect from the receipt of your payment: immediately in the case of credit card payment or bank transfer, or on receipt of your cheque.
Delivery time is only given as an indication. We cannot give exact delivery times, as we have equipment delivered directly from the supplier. However, we can advise you about the delivery time by phone or e-mail, or on our chat line. The delivery time indicated does not give you the right to any recourse.

If you are absent from your home at the time of delivery, a delivery advice note will be left in your letterbox with the details of the transporter so that you can recontact them and fix a time for a second delivery within 24 hours. For any enquiries, please e-mail contact@fitness-paradise.com


CANCELLATION

In accordance with mail order legislation, you have a 15 day cooling off period after receiving your product (with the exception of nutrition products), during which you may return them to us.
It is not possible to cancel the order because of late delivery, because the FITNESS PARADISE Company orders from manufacturers who deliver the goods from their warehouse directly to your home. We cannot give an accurate delivery time; the delivery times indicated on the site are only given as an indication. If returning goods, you just need to put the product back into its original packaging with all that was inside (accessories, instruction manual, etc) and contact us by telephone or by e-mail: sav@fitness-paradise.com, so that we can advise the return address.
Return costs are to be borne entirely by you.
Once the products have been checked, you will be refunded the amount of your order, less any damages.
You may cancel within 24 hours. After this period, you will be refunded the amount of your order, less freight charges.
