Just like the fitvibe Excel, the "Pro” generates mechanical vibrations in vertical direction with an adjustable frequency ranging from 20 to as much as 60 Hz in 2 amplitudes. Besides this the "Pro” has an extra functionality: integrated exercise protocols per muscle group, a feature not available on the Excel, or on any other vibration plate.

Fitvibe Excel Pro combines the fitvibe Excel’s user friendliness and features with sound training advice per muscle group. No more waiting for your fitness instructor, no more desperately scanning an exercise poster!

With the built-in Personal Coach fitvibe Excel Pro allows you to set your own goals and achieve them in a fun and safe way!
